INSTRUCTORS

ALICE

Alice began early ballet training in Italy at the age of six. She studied ballet, contemporary dance, pointe, technique and choreography at the Professional School of Ballet in Padua.

After travelling, working and sailing around the world, Alice found her happy place in Geelong in 2016, where she became a yoga and barre teacher, as well as Italian Language Assistant.

In November 2018 Alice finally managed to tick one of her New Year’s resolutions: committing to a whole term of Beginner Static Pole classes at Kylie J.  It was love at first sight and she never looked back!

Alice has felt welcome at the studio since day one. Seeing women empowering women and cheering for each other’s achievements was definitely the kind of experience that made Alice a great fan of pole dancing as stick around!!!

Still now, she is amazed not only by the variety of styles you can explore, but also by the strength and flexibility her body built up in such a short time. After the first six months training, Alice competed in the in house competition and placed first in the Intermediate category. That’s when she realised she just wanted to keep learning more! After less than a year of pole dancing, Alice competed and won the ‘Best Technique’ award at her first external competition.’

We are soo thrilled to have Alice on our incredible studio team. With her warm and calm personality and graceful style of dance with a strong eye for technique and flow,  a class with Alice is an inspiring experience where you will feel supported and have a great time!

Alice's pole titles include…

  • 2018 Australian Pole Championships Finalist
  • July 2019 – First place at ‘Steel the Spotlight’
