Chloe is a seasoned dancer and performer having spent fifteen years dancing with the Graham Academy of Dance in Far North Queensland where she grew up. There she studied ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and several other styles. A regular in local dance competitions and eisteddfods, Chloe even travelled interstate to perform in events like the Australian Dance Festival. All of her training and hard work was well rewarded when Chloe passed her Advanced One Cecchetti ballet exam, giving her professional teaching qualifications.

Since moving to Geelong for university, Chloe has fallen in love with the pole and burlesque world. She joined Kylie J Pole studio 5 years ago and hasn’t looked back! In 2013 she won the Intermediate section of our first ever Pole on the Pier competition and has been an instructor ever since. Currently she is working hard in her Advanced Two Static and Spin classes where she is constantly finding new challenges with tricks and choreography.

Chloe’s love of performance has seen her work hard to break into the burlesque industry. Since learning the basics from Kylie J, she has combined them with her previous dance knowledge to teach burlesque classes with a cabaret feel at Kylie J Pole Studio. She has worked with local media companies and musicians, and was featured in Tim Hulsman’s music video for Dead Man’s Garden. Following that, she choreographed several group routines that were performed alongside the band at the video launch. Recently, Chloe has taken classes from Elena Gabrielle and Zelia Rose, two of the Australasian Burlesque Festival’s headlining artists. These classes gave Chloe a great insight on how to put together a solo act, different styles of burlesque and how to move forward in the industry. Chloe was accepted into the Geelong based company Buxom Burlesque and will be featuring new solos with them as they create different shows.
